End User License Agreement ("EULA") for LoL Engine for Unity ("Software")

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing, downloading, or using LoL Engine for Unity ("Software").

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you, the individual or entity ("End-User"), agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If End-User does not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use the Software.

The Software is licensed, not sold.

License Grant

MooMoo Games ("Licensor") grants End-User a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Unity Asset Store End User License Agreement.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with MooMoo Games. This Agreement confers no ownership of the Software and should not be construed as a sale of any rights therein. Any copies of the Software must include the same proprietary notices found in the original.

Permitted Uses

End-User may:

  • Integrate and use the Software in personal and commercial Unity projects, including video games, educational software, and other interactive applications.
  • Modify the Software's source code for the purpose of integration into End-User's own projects.
  • Distribute compiled applications and games that incorporate the Software, provided the Software itself is not separately extractable or redistributable from those applications.
  • Create extensions, plugins, and scripts that build upon the Software, provided they do not violate the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

End-User may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software or its source code as a standalone product, asset, package, or tool, in original or modified form.
  • Publish, upload, or otherwise make the Software or its source code available to third parties outside of compiled application binaries.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
  • Use the Software in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Software.
  • Use the Software for any purpose prohibited by applicable law, including the development, design, manufacture, or production of weapons of mass destruction.

End-User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with use of the Software.

Updates and License Term

Once End-User's active license is terminated, End-User will not receive further updates to the Software, and may not download, install, or use versions of the Software released thereafter, unless a new license is activated.

Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if End-User fails to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, End-User must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all copies in End-User's possession or control.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Licensor reserves the right to terminate or suspend End-User's license, without notice or liability, for breach of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MooMoo Games and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from End-User's use of or inability to use the Software. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which a claim is based, even if MooMoo Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MooMoo Games does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Waiver and Severability

Failure by Licensor to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Unity Asset Store End User License Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between End-User and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
